I’m Red, a somatic and restorative bodyworker with over a decade of experience in health, movement, and embodied wellness. My practice blends strength training, yoga, Thai yoga massage, and intuitive bodywork—all tailored to your unique needs. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I listen to your body and adapt to what arises in the moment. Whether you’re seeking mobility, recovery, or nervous system support, my goal is to help you feel more connected, capable, and at home in your body.

I offer sliding-scale pricing and meet clients where they are in person or online.

Somatic & Intuitive Bodywork

The heart of my practice. We start with a conversation and assessment, then move into Thai yoga massage, assisted stretching, and nervous system support all tailored to your physical, emotional, or spiritual goals. Note: My services are not massage therapy or medical treatment. I work as a yoga professional and somatic practitioner.

Personal & Restorative Training

Focused on rebuilding movement confidence. We might use weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises—whatever helps you feel strong and capable. My aim is to teach you tools you can use on your own.

Yoga & Meditation

My practice draws from Hatha, Yin, and Bhakti yoga, woven together with breathwork and meditation. It’s traditional but adaptable—a practice for real life, not just the mat.

Thai Yoga & Assisted Stretching

A chance to let go and be guided. Through gentle movements, breath focus, and holds, we’ll help your body unwind—ideal for everyone from desk workers to athletes.
